Skin Care Treatments

Medical Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion consists of a jet of microcrystals which are propelled through a small, hollow, pencil-like hand piece across the skin’s surface, removing damaged and dead cells with vacuum pressure. It is an effective acne treatment and reduces scars, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation. Its overall results is that it leaves the skin smooth, soft, healthier, and more youthful looking.

The effectiveness of treatments can be accelerated by incorporating hydrating or deep cleansing treatments or “light to medium depth” chemical peels.

Chemical Peels

Glycolic acid preparations of varying strengths can be used to refine skin texture and resolve problems of hyperpigmentation, sun damage, acne, and acne scarring. Stronger TCA chemical peels aggressively resurface skin to remove fine lines and improve wrinkles and acne scars.

Deep Pore Cleansing Facial

A truly comprehensive cleansing includes skin toning and enzyme exfoliation followed by comedone extraction, cryotherapy, and the application of the appropriate mask and treatment cream.

The perfect complement to microdermabrasion and chemical peels. It maintains the results of these treatments.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is administered by using a 10 blade and can be used in place of microdermabrasion. It removes the top layer of dead skin cells including facial hair and helps reduce the appearance of acne scars.

Laser Hair Removal

The most effective method for removing unwanted hair. The laser used for this treatment is of the latest technology and was specifically designed to remove dark hair without damaging the surrounding skin.

This laser is gentle enough to be used even on delicate facial, underarm, and bikini areas.

Laser Vein Removal

A permanent, non-invasive solution to vascular abnormalities. Safely and effectively treats pigmented blemishes like spider veins, Rosacea, and birthmarks. Gentle enough to be used on delicate facial skin.

Laser Tattoo Removal

A safe, non-invasive method for tattoo removal. The laser, used specifically, targets tattoo ink without adversely affecting the surrounding skin.
